Canadians have to register with their AC#
AC# Lookup
Foreigners please use the code ‘Foreign’ where it asks for ‘Member ID’

There is no qualification standard for entry, you just have to be 30 or older.
Membership Required (Ontario Masters Athletics, Athletics Ontario, Athletics Canada, CMA, USATF, or foreign association)
$1.50 insurance fee is added for non AC members.

Entry Fees:
$30 first event / $12 each extra event
Entry Deadline – Noon Tuesday August 1st

OMA Championship medals to the first three Ontario athletes in each age group 30-34 and up.

Non-Ontario athletes in the top three will receive a duplicate medal.
Non-Ontario athletes will not be listed as members of an AO registered Club.
No charge for Relay entries and no awards.

Complete results will be posted.
Medals will not be presented until the results are posted

Free professional photos of most events will be posted each day

400m – 8 lane PolyTan track, jump approaches and Javelin runway
Cement throwing circles. Adjustable 30”-36” Steeple barriers
