Big field runs a tough course at the Ontario Cross Country Championships in King City

These are our Ontario Cross Country Champions

from all over the province - Thunder Bay to Burlington, Timmins to Brockville.

M30 Ivann Dube (R)  16:51 (Trenton) nicks Troy Cox at the finish line

W30 Julie Gagnon 22:35  (Timmins)

M35 Greg McNab  17:21  (Burlington)

W35 Becky Patten 19:17  (Toronto)

M40 Kevin Shields 16:50  (Cambridge)

W40 Christy Barber  19:55  (Toronto)

M45 Steve Boyd 16:21 (Kingston) was 1st Overall in the race.

     

W45 Beth Primrose 19:02 (Brockville) was the first woman overall. It's tough to get a shot of Beth smiling when she's running that fast - so I had to take a nice portrait!

M50 Jerry Kooymans (L) 17:15 (Markham) just edges M30 Dave Tepper at the line. Jerry scored the highest Age Graded score with an 88.3%

W50 Myra MacDonald 21:05  (Kingston)

M55 Bill Krezonoski 18:44 (Thunder Bay)

W55 Clara Northcott 23:02  (Mississauga)

Just turned 60 - Murray Hale 21:02 (North Bay) leads Wayne Chee across the finish line.

W60 Nancy Wells 27:01 (Toronto)

M65 Bob Moore 22:18 (Toronto)

W65 Claire Prest 27:37  (Toronto)

M70 Jack Geddes  22:54  (Toronto)

M75 Richard Graves  30:14  (Etobicoke)

M80 Felix Charles  43:00  (Etobicoke)
