49th Annual Masters Championships

There were two perfect days at the Toronto Track & Field Centre

Highlight of the meet was Karla Del Grande’s 54.00 World Record in the 300m Hurdles on Sunday

On Saturday, 68 year old Karla ran a 68.31 400m 
becoming the first woman in History to run her age in the 400m!

There were 33 Meet Records, 5 CAN Records, and Karla’s World Record
There were some longstanding MR’s set by OMA legends that were broken….

100m – 12.63 – Gold – tying the Meet Record
