A record 270 athletes competed at the Toronto Track & Field Centre on March 8th

There were 8 CAN Records, 27 Meet Records, and one World Record broken at the championships

New World Record M55 4x400m Relay 4:05.85
Old WR 4:24.39 USA ’19   Old CAN 4:48.85 BC ’16
Paul Osland Oly, Jose Fuentes, Simon Rayner, Serge Faucher

W65 Karla Del Grande broke the CAN Record in the 60m in 8.91
She also broke Meet Records in the 200m and 400m

M60 Ayman Mazhar broke the CAN with a 17.64 Weight Throw

M65 Ward Hazen broke the CAN with a 10.49 in the 60m Hurdles

W45 Tracy Viggers broke the CAN with a 10.20 in the Weight Throw

W65 Kris Kozell broke the CAN with a 17:46.49 in the 3000m Racewalk

M70 Richard Lech broke his own CAN with a 10.79 in the 60m Hurdles
