Ontario Masters Athlete of the Month – January

W65 Karla Del Grande At OMA Mini Meet #2, Karla broke the W65 Canadian record for the 60m, running 8.87 (105.19%). At Mini Meet #1, she came within 0.05s of her own Canadian record in the 50, running 7.71 (104.15%, according to the 2015 age grading factors). Photo – John MacMillan

Ontario Masters Athlete of the Month – December

W65 Clara Northcott Clara finished 12th overall and 2nd W60 in the Egg Nog Jog on Dec. 8th in Caledon, Ontario. Clara ran 48:25, which has an age grading of 86.13%.

M55 Geoff Peat At the Canadian Cross Country Championships in Abbotsford, B.C., Geoff finished 14th overall in the Masters 8K, in 28:36.
